KEM Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością has been established in 1991.
Today we employ in the whole „KEM” Group 1260 persons, and in the rank of „500 the Bigest Polish Companies” for year 2003 we were ranked at the 284th place with revenues of 560 million zlotys (abt. 130 mln EUR).
Head quarter is located in Dąbrowa Górnicza, but there are also branches (scrap processing and steel sales and processing) in Gliwice, Przemyśl, Skawina, Iława, Ruda Śląska, Kędzierzyn-Koźle, Chojnice, Mikołów and Łódź, Wrocław and Warszawa).
